Christoph Moser is partner of Weber & Co, specialized in capital markets, international business transactions, banking and finance as well as corporate/M&A. Christoph has worked on several prominent equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and capital increases, debt capital markets transactions and public takeover matters. Christoph is also particularly active in the area of secured debt issuances (mortgage secured bonds), high-yield bonds and securitizations. He regularly advises financial institutions, issuers and investors on capital markets, securities and corporate law issues with a focus on transactional and regulatory work and on questions of banking law and corporate governance. Christoph completed his studies in 2004 and worked for major Austria and international law firms before joining Weber & Co. He is author of numerous articles on capital markets, banking and finance and takeover law.

  • Advising OMV AG on the issue of a EUR 1 billion corporate bond in 2017;
  • Advising the Joint Global Coordinators Berenberg, BNP Paribas, Erste Group and Raiffeisen Bank International on the Re-IPO of AGRANA Beteiligungs AG in 2017, including a secondary placement of AGRANA shares by Südzucker AG;
  • Advising Wienerberger on a EUR 250 million corporate bond in 2018;
  • Advising S&T AG on several equity capital market issuances in 2017, including two capital increases against contribution in kind and one against cash, and
  • Advising JP Morgan as sole coordinator of the EUR 200 million convertible bonds issued by CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in 2017.
