Carla Mambretti has acquired significant experience in corporate finance (M&A, LBO, etc.), advising major industrial and financial groups as well as public companies and private equity funds.

She has also been active for over ten years in the fields of traditional and renewable energy and infrastructures. She advises national and international clients on corporate and M&A as well as on project finance transactions ranging from power (conventional and renewables) to infrastructures (e.g. hospitals, transports).
