Barnabas Reynolds is head of the global Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory Group. He advises the full range of market participants on their businesses in the London and European markets. His practice focuses on global legal risk management, including in the context of crossborder legal, regulatory and insolvency regimes.
