Legal advisor to Netherlands based Total Specific Solutions (TSS) (a part of Constellation Software Company) in the acquisition of DK Hugbunadur ehf. Value is confidential but the transaction is one of the largest corporate transactions of the year in Iceland and among the largest foreign investments in an Icelandic company in recent years.

Legal adviser to Norway based Crayon Group, in the Acquisition of Sensa ehf., from Siminn (Iceland Telecom). Value ISK 3.25 billion (approx. USD 25 million).

Legal advisor to Scotland based Scottish Equity Partners LLP in the acquisition of shares in Dohop ehf., an Icelandic travel technology company. Value ISK 1.2 billion.
