Aisling specialises in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. Aisling advises on bond issues, RMBS, CMBS, CLO and other securitisation structures, and other structured transactions. Aisling acts for clients on the acquisition and financing of Irish loan portfolios and on bridge and warehouse financing arrangements and securitisation take-outs. Aisling also advises on regulatory issues impacting structured finance vehicles.

• Advising AIB on the securitisation of a €4 billion portfolio of (performing) loans originated by EBS and Haven. This transaction was all governed by Irish law and was Ireland’s first ‘STS’ RMBS.
• Advising daa finance plc on the standalone issuance of €500 million notes guaranteed by daa plc. 
• Advising Morgan Stanley and Lone Star on all of their Irish RMBS transactions. 
• Advising borrowers, lenders and arrangers in relation to various Irish commercial and residential mortgage warehouse facilities, including under Irish law. 
• Advising on the acquisition and financing of Irish performing and non-performing loan portfolios.
