An Advocate of the Appellate Division of Supreme Court, the highest judiciary platform and a best known personality in the fields of banking, infrastructure projects and commercial disputes in Bangladesh. Acts in ICC/SIAC/UNCITRAL and LCIA arbitrations. Acted in almost all of the first generation power / PPP projects of Bangladesh. 

• Acted as the local counsel to finalize the legal aspects of banking regulatory platform of Bangladesh under Financial Sector Reform Project under technical assistance from World Bank, IMF and USAID. 
• Acted as local counsel to ADB in Chittagong Urea Fertilizer Plant financing in syndication with Canadian Co-operative Fund and Islamic Development Fund
• Acted in structuring almost all of the first generation independent power projects including Khulna Power Plant, Haripur Barge Mounted Power Plant etc. 
• Acted as Bangladesh counsel to completed full documentation for all kind of lending in operationalizing the SAARC Development Fund activated by two IDA credit windows
• Acted in a number of international construction, energy and mining arbitrations for clients like Hyundai Engineering, Niko, Arel Ingenierie, etc.
• Have been Acting in a large number of project finance matters for various multilateral financiers e.g. European Investment Bank, China Exim Bank, China Development Bank etc.
