Invesco Real Estate £107 million acquisition of Meyer Homes 255-home Hounslow PRS development

Overview:

• Invesco Real Estate has acquired a 255-home PRS development in Hounslow in west London from Meyer Homes.
• The development is a combination of studio and 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and 14 mews houses, as well as car parking, retail units and associated residential amenity space.
• The development is set to complete in 2020.
