Serbia: OMR Group Announces the Acquisition of FCA Serbia Distribution Business

Stellantis, a global carmaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions, and its Serbian subsidiary FCA Serbia signed an agreement with OMR Group, a Serbian automotive, insurance, leasing, fleet management and real estate group of companies, by which OMR Group intends to acquire distribution business of FCA Serbia in Serbia and Montenegro.
