Zita has over 15 years' experience of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions across CEE. For many years, she worked in the M&A team of the
Budapest office of White & Case and Dentons, and she led the M&A team of Schoenherr Budapest for three years. During her career she has led a number of local and cross-border
transactions in various industries on both sell side and buy side, and she has represented major local and international clients.

She is now a partner in the M&A team of CERHA HEMPEL in Budapest, where the team will rely on her outstanding M&A and corporate experience. She is recognized by the leading
legal ranking firms, such as Chambers & Partners and IFLR.
