Indacochea & Asociados, a Bolivian firm based in Santa Cruz, has bolstered its partnership with the promotion of Alonso Indacochea, a ten-year veteran of the firm. Alonso participates in corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, split-offs, and transformations for local and foreign clients and plays an active role in incorporating companies and performing due diligences for local business clients. He also works closely with international financial institutions incorporating offshore companies, foundations, trusts, and family bylaws.

Alonso said he hopes to continue to develop client relationships, associate mentoring, and head the law firm’s corporate department and real estate department among other divisions.

“Our corporate department hired four new associates last year and will hire an additional two by the end of 2014,” he said. “My role will be to head the department along with current partner Mariana Pereira. I hope to add my 14-year experience at the law firm to current clients and new to come.”

Alonso’s clients include Baker Hughes, Bayer - Germany, Contreras Hermanos - Argentina, Louis Dreyfus Commodities, Dupont, El Tejar, and EIG Global among others.
