Russian domestic firm Lidings has added an experienced banking partner from Norton Rose to its ranks.

Dmitry Gravin joins the team in Moscow from the UK firm where he had held a counsel position. His practice covers a wide range of financing transactions including straight lending, structured products and project finance. He has a particular focus on matters relating to the transportation sector.

Lidings’ co-founder and managing partner Sergey Aksenov said of the hire: “With the recovery comes an obvious need for a qualified local adviser in the field of banking and finance. We are ready to compete with large international practices and Dmitry, with his experience in acting for many of the world's pre-eminent financial institutions and private companies doing business in Russia, is an excellent addition to our team.”
