Babatunde is a Senior Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Group at Aluko & Oyebode and in that capacity coordinates the litigation practice of the Firm. 

He also presently serves on the ICCA/Queen Mary University Task Force on Third Party Funding in International Arbitration. He is a member of the LCIA Court, and he chairs the Management Board of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC).
