Konstantin Mineev is a counsel at RGP's corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience advising on corporate restructurings and antimonopoly issues as they are applied in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining RGP Konstantin was a counsel with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and, prior to that, he was an associate at the Moscow office of Hogan Lovells CIS. Konstantin has started his legal career as an intern in the Moscow office of Debevoise & Plimpton.

  • Advised LLC NPO Altair, a member of AEON Corporation on the acquisition of Fincraft Holdings Limited, the largest shareholder in Petropavlovsk PLC.
  • Advised AEON Corporation on acquisition of a 48% stake in GeoProMining for US$126m.
  • Advised Prof-Media Group, a major Russian media holding, on the US$360 million acquisition of the MTV Russia.
  • Advised a major Japanese investment bank on the acquisition of a minority stake in a Russian railroad transportation company.
  • Advised Alfa-Access-Renova consortium (AAR) on the amendment and restatement of the shareholders agreement for TNK-BP, the leading Russian oil company formed by the merger of BP’s and AAR’s Russian and Ukrainian oil and gas assets.
