His Swiss and international clients include several listed companies, financial institutions as well as other large and medium-sized companies.

• Advising a Swiss listed company operating as an international building supplier in a public offering and listing of new shares in the amount of approximately CHF 200 million.
• Advising a large international fund management company in connection with the admission of various investment funds by FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) and distribution of the funds in Switzerland
• Representation of H.I.G. Capital, a private equity fund, in the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Infinigate Holding AG, a leading European value added distributor in the IT security segment, and the subsequent squeeze-out merger
