Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Heart BidCo AB's (publ) (the “Company”), the parent company of a group consisting of Hemfrid and other actors within the Swedish home services sector, issuance of corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 900 million. Pareto Securities (“Pareto”) has acted as financial advisor to the Company.
