Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Axentia Group AB's (publ) (“Axentia") issuance of corporate bonds in an amount of EUR 65 million. Axentia will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Carnegie Investment Bank (“Carnegie”) has acted as financial advisor to Axentia.
Axentia is a developer of information systems for the public transport sector.
