Seyram is a Partner with our Energy and Infrastructure Department. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions. Her practice focuses on energy and natural resources. She has played a leading role in acting for and advising a range of organisations, from multinational corporations to indigenous small-to-medium enterprises in the power, oil, gas and mining sectors.

Her clients include Kosmos, Tullow Ghana Limited, Anadarko, AngloGold Ashanti Limited, Newmont Ghana Gold Limited, Vitol, Aker Energy and Kinross.

  • Lead counsel for Societe Multinational De Bitumes (SMB), an Ivorian oil and gas supplier, on the development of a bitumen plant for the production and storage of bitumen in Ghana in a joint venture with GOIL Plc.
  • Lead counsel for Shelf drilling, a leading contractor of jack-up rigs, on the decommissioning of the Saltpond Oilfield.
  • Lead counsel for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) on behalf of the Ministry of Energy, on the development of a natural gas distribution network in the Tema municipal area and selection of a concessionaire for the development and operation of the distribution network.
  • Lead counsel for Tullow Ghana Limited on the award of an EPCI contract to a TechnipFMC-led syndicate of subcontractors in connection with the development of the Jubilee South East project, an extension to the Jubilee field offshore Ghana.
