Frank’s clients include Oasis Africa VC Fund, Ghana Amalgamated Trust Plc, ESLA Plc, Scancom Plc and Caterpillar Financial Services.

  • Lead counsel for Stanbic Investment Management Limited, one of Ghana’s largest fund managers, on the establishment of a collective investment scheme structured as a private debt income fund.
  • Ghana counsel for the Government of Ghana (GoG) in connection with the proposed programme for the exchange of certain notes and bonds issued by the GoG and selected state-owned enterprises for new bonds to be issued by the GoG.
  • Lead counsel for Africa Trade Financing, a UK financial intermediary, in connection with a USD 25 million syndicated trade finance facility to CalBank Plc to improve its forex trading capacity.
  • Lead counsel for the lending syndicate on a USD 1.3 billion receivables-backed trade finance facility from the syndicate of lenders to Ghana Cocoa Board for the purchase of cocoa beans in Ghana for the 2022/2023 crop season and the refinancing of purchases already made for the main crop season.
  • Lead counsel for Appolonia Development Company Limited on the legal and tax implications in relation to the amendment and restatement of the loan agreement terms in relation to a USD 33 million loan.
