  • Peder Hammarskiöld acted as legal adviser in connection with the reversed merger in 2021 of one of the largest Swedish insurance companies Länsförsäkringar and the insurance company Länsförsäkringar Sak. The reversed merger was the first of its kind between insurance companies.
  • Peder Hammarskiöld and his team acted as legal adviser in 2021 to Swedish large truck manufacturer Scania in its participation in the approx. 50 million EUR financing of the completely new green steel plant H2 Green Steel.
  • Peder Hammarskiöld acted legal adviser in 2020 to Scania in its participation in the approx. 600 million USD additional equity round and USD 1.6 billion debt financing of Swedish lithium-ion battery manufacturer Northvolt
  • Peder Hammarskiöld acted as Swedish legal adviser in 2020 to TSR Recycling GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of REMONDIS Group, in its €83.5 million acquisition of the European operations of Sims Metal Management Ltd.
  • Peder Hammarskiöld acted as Swedish legal adviser to HoldIT Communication AB in its sale of Teleopti AB to Calabrio Inc a portfolio company of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
