In M&A, he regularly advises large investors and multinational private equity sponsors in acquisitions and investments in Mexico. He also has vast experience in the restructuring and orientation of transactions in Latin America and other countries around the world. He specializes in assisting multinational clients that are expanding their operations in Mexico, in all stages of the business cycle, from establishing a company to expanding business operations through new subsidiaries or plants and the daily operations of the company.
