This challenging case involved intricate negotiations with numerous foreign banks and entailed legal proceedings in both Singapore and under New York legislation.

Key aspects included handling the issuance of Tranche A Secured Notes worth USD 105 million and managing voting rights for Golden Legacy Note holders through legal provisions in Singapore. Despite the hurdles of the pandemic and the involvement of various international legal systems, the restructuring was effectively executed, with a composition plan approved by a majority of creditors.
