The firm also advised EQT Partners Asia on its US$1.1 billion acquisition of Property Guru, and acted for Focus Media, a large elevator media group in the world headquartered in Shanghai, in its acquisition of 85.38% of Goldsun Focus Media, one of the two leading indoor advertising companies in Vietnam.
