MBP Partners was founded in 2016 as a legal boutique focused on financial, corporate and tax. It has since branched out to M&A, infrastructure, tax planning and infrastructure work. The firm has one office in Buenos Aires. 

Focusses / specialisms 

The banking and finance practice has experience supporting PPP contractors and can be seen acting as deal counsel to the issuance and placement of shares on the Buenos Aires’ Stock Exchange. 

The firm has a strong fintech background. It works in blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation, as well as P2P lending and the development of digital banks. 

In terms of M&A and project development work, the firm is actively working with buy side companies acquiring targets.
