The firm is most active in lending and financing work and M&A.

The banking team advises on both lender and borrower sides. It is particularly strong in property finance transactions where it advises domestic property funds and investors on acquisition and development financings. The firm also does work in the alternative lending space, advising pension funds and alternative funds as lenders.

In M&A the firm has acted for multinational corporations and private equity firms on acquisitions in Ireland across oil and gas, real estate, healthcare and the technology sectors.
