CR&F Rojas Abogados

Established in 1900, CR&F Rojas is the oldest firm in Bolivia. It is a family run firm and has two offices, located in La Paz and Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The firm is a member of several international legal networks, including LexMundi and Multilaw.

Focusses / specialisms

The banking practice assists foreign banks in structuring loans with local companies. It is also very active in other financing transactions, like project finance.

The M&A group assists buyers and sellers in cross border transactions and assists multinational clients in local aspects in mergers.
