SSAB SKr5 billion rights issue

Overview:

• SSAB has launched a SKr5 billion rights of class B shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders. 
• Industrivärden is a major investor in and active owner of Handelsbanken, SCA, Volvo, Sandvik, Ericsson, ICA Gruppen, Skanska and SSAB.
• A syndicate of banks including Crédit Agricole, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Nordea Bank and Swedbank, have entered into a standby underwriting commitment to underwrite the remaining amount.
