Bravida Nasdaq OMX Stockholm IPO

Overview:

• Bravida has successfully launched an IPO on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
• The offering is open to the general public in Sweden and includes an international offer to institutional investors which comprised 40.5% of Bravida shares offered by Bravissima Holding.
• SEB, Nordea, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley are the underwriters.
• Bain Capital, a private equity firm, is Bravida's sole shareholder.
• Bain Capital bought Bravida from private equity firm Triton in 2012.
• Bravida is a leading provider of multi-technical services within electricity, heating and plumbing as well as ventilation and air conditioning in the Nordic region.
