SRV Group €45 million 8.75% hybrid capital notes and cash offering

Overview:

• The SRV Group issued €45 million 8.75% hybrid capital notes and cash tender offer.
• Danske Bank acted as joint lead manager, tender agent and dealer manager for the offer, Pohjola Bank as joint lead manager and dealer manager and Nordea Bank Finland as joint lead manager.
• The cash tender was open to the holders of SRV's existing €45 million hybrid capital notes issued in 2012. It was oversubscribed by more than three times and were allocated 79 investors.
