Borealis €300 million acquisition of 24.15% stake in Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos

Overview:

• Borealis Infrastructure Management, a leading investor in infrastructure, announced that it has agreed to acquire a 24.15% stake in Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos (CLH) from Cepsa (9.15%) and Global Infrastructure Partners (15%).
• BNP Paribas acted as sole financial adviser for Borealis Infrastructure.
