The Magyar Broadcasting Company has acquired TV2 Group for an undisclosed fee.
The deal sees Magyar take control of TV2 Media Group Holdings and CEE Broadcasting Holding, which includes the channels TV2, Super TV2, FEM3 and PRO4.
TV2 is the second largest commercial TV group in Hungary.
