Overview:

  • Enel has issued a €1.25 billion green bond.
  • The 1% bond, due in 2024, was issued on the Irish and Luxembourg stock exchanges.
  • Banca IMI, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole, Citi, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan, Mizuho Securities, Natixis, SMBC Nikko and UniCredit acted as joint bookrunners.
