• Harvest CLO XII has issued €414.7 million in CLO notes.
• The notes are backed by portfolio of senior secured loans, senior secured bonds, second lien loans, unsecured senior obligations, mezzanine obligations, PIK securities, corporate rescue loans and bridge loans and high yield bonds and issued on the Irish Stock Exchange.
• Merrill Lynch International acted as arranger and initial purchaser.
• Deutsche Bank Luxembourg acted as registrar and transfer agent.
• Deutsche Bank acted as collateral administrator calculation agent and principal paying agent.
• Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas acted as information agent.
• Citibank acted as account bank and custodian.
• Deutsche Trustee Company acted as trustee.
