  • Private equity house Apax Partners completed the acquisition of Portuguese companies Cabovisão and ONI from Altice.
  • Cabovisão is the country's second largest cable operator, and ONI is a B2B web hosting and cloud services provider
  • The company was required to dispose of the two companies by the European Commission as part of its acquisition of Portugal Telecom.
