Overview:

  • PGNiG Upstream International (PUI)—a subsidiary of Polish oil and gas group PGNiG—has secured $400 million in financing provided by Société Générale, BNP Paribas, ING, HSBC, Citibank, Crédit Agricole, SEB and Natixis to refinance its debt.
  • This will allow PGNiG Upstream International to repay the debt it accrued from its acquisition of assets from Total E&P Norge in 2014.
  • The loan is renewable and granted for 7 years.
