Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası $280 million multi-tranche term loan facility

Overview:

• Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası (The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey) has secured a $280 million multi-tranche term loan. 
• Commerzbank and BayernLB acted as lenders.
• The loan was split into split into a $12.5 million and a €237.5million tranche and represents a rollover ratio of above 100 percent over the size of last year's facility ($17.5 million and €213 million respectively)
• The loan is the largest ever raised in the borrower’s history.
