The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) has acquired the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) from the CEE Stock Exchange Group (CEESEG).
The deal also sees ZSE undergo a capital raising and a agreement signed between ZSE and the Vienna Stock Exchange (part of the CEESEG) to share trading technology.
