  • Indorama Ventures, a global chemical producer, has entered a joint venture agreement with Dhunseri Petrochem and Tea to acquire its Egyptian Indian Polyester Company (EIPET) facility located in Ain Sokhna free trade zone, North West of the Gulf of Suez in Egypt.
