Overview:

Swedish telecommunications group Telia has acquired a minority stake in holding company Fintur from Turkish group Turkcell.
Fintur Holdings was jointly owned by Telia (58.55%) and Turkcell (41.45%). Telia is now the sole owner of Fintur, which it will dissolve.
As a result of the transaction, Telia is now also the sole owner of Moldcell in Moldova.
