Look Holdings €100 million acquisition of Il Bisonte

Overview:

• Tokyo listed company Look Holdings has acquired Italian leather goods and accessories brand Il Bisonte for €100 million from private equity firm Palamon Capital Partners.
• The sale gives Palamon Capital Partners a 26% return on its initial investment.
• Under the ownership of Palamon, Il Bisonte doubled its revenues and number of shops worldwide from less than 200 to more than 400. In 2018 the company reported a profit of €1.75 million.
