Henderson Park acquisition of 70% in Echo Polska Properties portfolio

Overview:

• European private equity real estate platform Henderson Park has acquired 70% of a portfolio of 11 office buildings from Echo Polska Properties (EPP), a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed Polish property company, with the two parties entering into a joint venture. 
• The buildings are located in Kraków, Poznań and Lódż and have combined office space of 105,000 sqm.
• McKinsey, Philips, Nordea Bank and Grant Thornton are among the tenants in the fully-let buildings.
