Cubico Sustainable BRL 2 billion acquisition of Casa dos Ventos wind farm

Overview:

• London-based Cubico Sustainable Investments acquired two wind farms from Casa dos Ventos for R$2 billion. 
• This included the the 182 MW Caetés wind farm in the state of Pernambuco and the 210 MW Ventos do Araripe project in Piauí.  
• Santander acted as financial adviser to the seller.  
• Santander, Ontaraio Teachers' Pension Plan and Public Sector Pension Investment Board control Cubico Sustainable Investments.
