Overview:

  • The port of Açu, operated by Rio de Janeiro-based Prumo, obtained a syndicated loan from São Paulo-based Bradesco and Boadilla del Monte-based Santander to refinance $606 million of a $738 million loan originally granted by BNDES in 2012.
