Overview:

  • Schumann has issued two series of notes at a combined value of €725 million.
  • The company issued €325 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2022 and €400 million 7.00% senior secured notes due 2023.
  • The notes will be issued on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s Euro MTF Market.
  • Funds raised by the bond will be used to finance the acquisition of Sisal by Schumann and owner CVC Capital Partners.
  • BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and UniCredit acted as coordinators and bookrunners.
