Flokk Group has acquired Profim from Innova Capital.
Profim is an office seating manufacturer.
Flokk Group is also an office furniture manufacturer and is owned by Triton Partners.
The transaction will see an Innova Capital group fund and the remaining shareholders in Profim acquire new shares in Flokk in exchange for their existing shares.
