Overview:

• Inversiones y Asesorías Corvina, a Chilean subsidiary of Empresas Públicas de Medellín obtained a $400 million credit facility to refinance a loan related to the acquisition of Aguas de Antofagasta, a Chilean corporation. 
• Empresas Públicas de Medellín is a Medellín-based utilities company. 
• Scotiabank Chile and Banco del Estado de Chile acted as lenders.
