  • London-based private equity firm Permira and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) have completed their $5.3 billion acquisition of Informatica.
  • Informatica is a US-based data integration software provider. 
  • Macquarie Capital, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Union Square Advisors provided financial advice to the buyers.
