SJ Aviation Capital acquisition of 50% stake in Keystone Holdings

• SJ Aviation Capital has acquired a 50% stake in Keystone Holdings for $150 million.
• Keystone is a company established by Aerospace Resources, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerospace, the world's largest commercial airframe MRO provider and the aerospace arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering, one of the largest companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.
• SJ Aviation Capital is a Singapore based subsidiary of Sojitz Corporation.
