Corvias Campus Living $548 million secured financing

Overview:

• Corvias Campus Living obtained $548 million secured financing from a group of institutional investors. 
• The package included $300 million to defease existing debt, $6.3 million financing for capital repairs and renovations and $165 million to construct new facilities. 
• Goldman Sachs placed the securities offer.
• This was part of a P3 at the University System of Georgia (USG).
• Corvias Campus Living will develop 3,753 new beds and 6,195 existing beds.
