Bhushan Power & Steel has successfully completed a $882 million debt restructuring.
The loan was provided by consortium of more than twenty lenders led by State Bank of India under the scheme for ‘Flexible Structuring of Existing Long Term Project Loans to Infrastructure and Core Industries’ introduced by the Reserve Bank of India in December, 2014.
