The combination is carried out through a public takeover offer announced on 31 January 2024 whereby the shareholders are offered approx. 1.04 common shares and 0.07 preferential shares of series B in Aros Bostad for each Besqab share. The takeover offer values Besqab at approx. SEK 1.9 billion. Besqab is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Aros Bostad on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
